I’m so happy you’ve made the decision to start eating a healthy amount of calories again. It probably won’t be easy, but it’s définitely worth it. I’m not a nutritionist so to be honest, I’m not 100% sure, but I would imagine increasing your calories little by little and eating healthy calories - lots of greens, veggies, lean protein, etc. - will help! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And even if you do gain, sweetie, it’ll only be temporary. Your body NEEDS the right amount of fuel to function properly, and being healthy should be your #1 goal!
