It all started off as a "slimbr" because I desperately wanted to lose weight, but over the months, I've realised that what I want above all is to be the healthiest, strongest, and sexiest version of me I could possibly be!

The number on the scale isn't always a fair representation of your health, and it's important to me that I get that message across to you, my wonderful followers! :) I am here for any and all of you if you need advice, tips, or just someone to talk to.

I do not promote unhealthy lifestyles, so don't expect to find any pro-eating disorder content here. I hope to be able to motivate and inspire all of you, just like I have found motivation and strength thanks to all of you!
